01No charge on this catalog

Until checkout is live, the buttons do not bill you. There is nothing to refund.

02After a real purchase

Credit packs are digital licenses delivered at once. If unused credits remain and you ask within fourteen days of purchase, we refund through Lemon Squeezy. If you have spent some credits, we refund only the unused portion. A fully used pack is not refunded.

03A reading you dislike

A reading you dislike is not a defect. Charts are not a promise of events. A chargeback filed as "I did not receive a consultation" will be answered with these terms: we do not sell consultations here.

04EU and UK withdrawal

By completing checkout you request immediate digital performance. Where the law lets you waive withdrawal after delivery, that waiver is in the Lemon Squeezy checkout. Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply.
